Complete Certification is based in Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains. We are leading experts in building approvals and certification that help our clients build in Jindabyne and surrounding areas.
From our Snowy Mountains location, the majority of our projects are undertaken in the surrounding Snowy Monaro Regional Council area as well as the NSW Ski Resorts. Likewise, our location allows for us to also service the neighbouring Bega Valley Shire Council area too. In addition to this, we also undertake medium density commercial/residential projects in Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
As we hold Grade 1 unrestricted accreditation, we can undertake projects of all sizes. Similarly, our accreditation does not limit us in the type of certification services we can offer.

WHAT IS AN ACCREDITED CERTIFIER?
Complete Certification is accredited by the NSW Building Professionals Board. Therefore we are able to issue Building Approvals.
As an accredited certifier, our Statutory Obligations are set out in the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the Building Professionals Act 2005 and associated regulations.
WE ISSUE BUILDING APPROVALS
Complete Certification is Accredited to –
- Issue Complying Development “Fast Track” Approvals
- Issue Construction Certificates (once your DA has been issued by Council)
WE UNDERTAKE CRITICAL STAGE INSPECTIONS
We undertake the “Critical Stage” Inspections at the following stages during construction:
- Commencement
- Footings/Slab
- Frame
- Waterproofing
- Additional Inspections (If Required)
- Final
This ensures your development:
- is constructed in accordance with the Approved Plans, and
- will satisfy the provisions set out in the National Construction Code and Relevant Australian Standards.
We ISSUE OCCUPATION CERTIFICATES
Prior to the building being Occupied, we must ensure
- All Consent Conditions have been addressed
- The building is suitable for occupation
- The Health and Safety of the Occupants has been taken into consideration before issuing an Interim or Final Occupation Certificate.
